1 cup of our Hippie Mylk Turmeric Oat & Hemp Mylk Blend OR 1 cup of Hippie Mylk Original or Unsweetened Oat & Hemp Mylk Blend mixed with 1/2 tbsp of turmeric powder 2 tbsp chia seeds 1tbsp flax seeds Suggested toppings: Granola, Blackberries, nuts, seeds
1. Combine ingredients in a glass mason jar. 2. Stir ingredients and let sit for 10 minutes before stirring again. 3. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight. 4. Stir mixture again before serving and add desired toppings.
