Maple Peach Oatmeal

Usually, Unsweetened Oat & Hemp Mylk Blend is my oatmeal go-to but during peach season it's maple mylk all the way! This is my favourite quick and nutrient-dense breakfast when peaches are in season:⁠


1 cup of Maple Oat & Hemp Mylk Blend

1/2 cup of oatmeal⁠

1 whole peach 🍑⁠

Cinnamon to taste⁠


1. Cut peach into cubes and then add all ingredients into a pot. ⁠

2. For quick oats, I bring to a boil and then turn down to a simmer for 3 minutes. For best results, follow the cooking instructions on the back of the oat packet. ⁠

3. Top with some extra cinnamon and enjoy!⁠
