Pumpkin Spice Scones (DF, GF, VE)

PSL + Scones = the best thing ever! We've teamed up with Sisters Love Food to bring you a delicious scone recipe made with our Pumpkin Spice Oat Mylk. Think your PSL addiction was intense before? Wait until you try these!


Ingredients:

- 1 cup almond flour

- 2 cups oat flour

- 1 tbsp baking powder

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 2 tsp cinnamon

- 2 spiced tea bags (we used maple sugar)

- 1/4 cup solid coconut oil

- 1/4 cup apple sauce

- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree

- 1/4 cup of Pumpkin Spice Hippie Mylk


Glaze:

- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt

- 2 tsp maple syrup

- 2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 425F

2. Add all the dry ingredients (Cut open the tea bags to use the whole tea leaves) and coconut oil into a bowl and combine using a pastry cutter or 2 forks.

3. Add the rest of the wet ingredients to the bowls and fold until a dough ball forms. If the dough is still sticky, add more flour.

4. Flatten the dough ball into a disk that is 2 inches thick and use a knife to cut into 8 even triangles.

5. Place the scones onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 16 minutes and let cool.

6. Combine all glaze ingredients and drizzle on top of the cooled scones & ENJOY!
